As part of our commitment to safer recruitment we will carry out an additional online search on applicants. We will only access information that is available online publicly and this information may be used to help ascertain an applicants suitability to work with children and young people.
Interview
We receive your application as soon as you submit. It is then reviewed by senior colleagues from the Salop Teaching Partnership. If your application meets our criteria, you will be invited to attend an interview. If you are unsuccessful at this stage, we will inform you of the decision via the DfE Apply website.
We offer both face to face interviews in School or remote interviews conducted via MS Teams as appropriate to your circumstances. The interview will include a presentation and a formal panel interview. You will be given details of the presentation prior to you interview. You will have 7 days to respond to the Interview invitation on the Apply website. Interviews will be staged throughout October to July.
Offer
You receive a conditional offer on the Lead School Partner programme you have applied for. This is dependent upon satisfactory references, successful completion of your degree if you are still at university, completion of a subject knowledge enhancement (SKE) course, and a satisfactory DBS check.
